A Home for Every Child.

Around-the-Clock Care in Central Oregon.

Friendship 24 Hour Care provides group home support for children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs.

We have multiple homes located in Redmond, Oregon and built on a simple belief: every child deserves a safe place to grow.

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every child who comes through our doors has a story, a set of needs, and a set of goals. We take the time to understand all of it. Our team works closely with families, medical providers, caseworkers, and educators to build Individual Support Plans (ISP) that reflect each child as a whole person.

What We Provide

Friendship 24 Hour Care offers comprehensive residential support for children and youth in a home-like setting. Our services are designed to support the full picture of a child's wellbeing.

How to Get Started

Placement in a Friendship 24 Hour Care home begins through Oregon's Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS). Children and youth who are enrolled with ODDS and have completed the eligibility and assessment process may be referred to our program. We support children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex or at-risk backgrounds.

Once a child is placed, there is no set timeline for how long they stay. Length of stay is based on each child's individual needs and evolving Individual Support Plan (ISP). Our Direct Support Professionals are on-site 24 hours a day and complete state-approved training.

Meals are prepared in the home based on each child's preferences and nutritional needs. Family visits are encouraged throughout -- staying connected to the people who love them is part of how children here grow.
